There is a statewide election in PA on ➡️Tuesday, November 4th, 2025⬅️
3 democrat Justices on the Court are up for retention.
All 3 — Donohue, Dougherty, & Wecht — are guilty
of giving democrat Governor Wolf power to shut down PA during COVID
&/or voting to allow mail-in ballots to be accepted 3 days after Election Day in 2020.
For these reasons, we must vote NO to retention for all 3:
❌NO to Donohue (71 years old)
❌NO to Dougherty
❌NO to Wecht
It’s also important to note that the mandatory age of retirement for judges is 75 — Justice Donohue won’t even be able to finish another term.
If we vote ❌NO to retention, the Justices finish their terms.
➡️THEN, there will be elections to replace them in 2027
Governor Shapiro could appoint an interim replacement, but it would require 2/3rds approval from the State Senate (28🟥-22🟦).
The PA Supreme Court is currently 5D-2R.
If we vote ❌NO to retention to all 3 Justices & replace them w/ Republican Justices in 2027,
we will FLIP the Court to 5R-2D.
Pennsylvania COULD have a Republican-controlled Court before the 2028 presidential election.
President Trump received more than 3.5 million votes in 2024.
I researched retention elections for the last decade.
➡️In order to win, we need 1.5 million ❌NO to retention votes to be successful
If 4️⃣2️⃣% of MAGA votes in off-year elections, we will keep winning.
